Whether you are unhappy with the item or simply want to exchange it for something else, we offer a hassle free return procedure.

Here are a few details you should know:

Check your junk mail. Sometimes our emails can end up in there.
Once you have submitted the form below. We will respond with an RMA number. Please include that number in the return shipment.
For orders that were over $50. We offer free returns. If your order was above $50 then we will be attaching a return label with the RMA number.
Please use a track-able shipping method.
If you have received an item that was damaged or faulty. Please email us at customerservice@jewelrynexus.com so we can make it right.
